Standard Bending.
Standard bends are manufactured using our steam bending machine.
We use standardised, pre-made formers and tooling for machine bending.
Standard bends are more cost affective than our custom bending service.
Minimum order is 50 units.
Custom Bending.
Custom steam bends are outside of our machines capabilities.
Custom formers and tooling are likely to be needed.
Custom bending involves extensive setup, is more labour intensive and therefore, more costly than standard bending.
$2000 (plus gst) minimum order.
Fabrication.
We specialise in traditional and modern methods of timber manufacture.
We can bend, shape and turn timber.
When steam bending isn’t the most suitable method, we can employ alternative methods to create curves.
We can fabricate raw parts or manage the entire project.
